Music Programs

Our Music Programs are dedicated to the worship, praise, and adoration of the Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ.  Such worship, praise and adoration is empowered by the Holy Spirit to the glory of God. 

Anne Ortlund in her book, Up With Worship writes,
“A living church (small or large, traditional or not) is a contemporary one; it isn’t trying to be twenty years ahead – strained and strange. It isn’t content to be twenty years behind – musty and dusty. A living church gathers up all of its age groups and says, "Come! In this precious, unique, ‘now’ time, let’s all together go hard after God!’"

This is what our music programs are all about:  To gather up everyone and expand the kindgom of God through our worship and our witness.  Music opportunities are listed below.

Worship Choir (unauditioned)

No auditions are required to join the Worship Choir, but members should have a basic understanding of music and be able to match pitch.  Faithfulness is the main requirement for Worship Choir.  Members are asked to faithfully attend rehearsals and lead in worship as needed.

Praise Band (auditioned)

Thursday Evenings at 6:30 PM

This group leads worship every Sunday.  Singers wishing to join the Praise Band need to be able to sing lead and harmony.  Reading music is beneficial, but not required.  Instrumentalist need to be able to read Chord Charts or Lead Sheets.  Auditions are held by request.
